Refund/Cancellation Policy
QuickBooker Online Hotel Reservation Service does not charge any cancellation fee for rooms that have not been confirmed. However once your room has been confirmed, you are subject to the cancellation policies as explained below.
Modification Charges:
A Fees of USD 10 will apply to the booking. (Any reduction in the number of nights or rooms or booking amount will be termed as cancellation and cancellation charges will apply accordingly).
If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days .
The cancellation policy below applies to all bookings unless the hotel you have booked with us has different terms and conditions. It must be clearly understood that any policies dictated by the hotel will always take precedent over the policy stated here. We will of course inform you clearly and completely if this is the case with your booking.
Cancellation Charges:
+21 Days before requested arrival date |
USD 10 per booking or 5% of the booking value (whichever is higher). |
21 - 14 Days before requested arrival date |
There is a 5% administration charge + USD 10 per booking. |
13 - 7 Days before requested arrival date |
There is a 10% administration charge. |
6 - 4 Days before requested arrival date |
There is a cancellation fee of one night. |
3 - 0 Days before requested arrival date |
There is a cancellation fee of your full booking amount. |
NOTE: Some hotels have policies that are not the same as the above table. You must pay very careful attention to any information we pass on to you about this matter if you think that these policies may apply to your booking.
Cancellation Procedure:
Cancel by sending us an e-mail to reservations@QuickBooker.com with the word "CANCEL" in the subject line and quoting your Reservation ID e.g. ID123485 if you have one, or the hotel name and relevant dates if you have not received a booking number.

Our utmost concern is that you get maximum refund back. Failure to do so will result in you being subject to the conditions described above so it is imperative that you let us know as early as possible.
Extension of stay: Be sure to make your reservation for the full duration of your stay. If you do need to extend your booking after arrival, you will need to contact our Reservations office as the hotel will not offer you these discount prices (Hotel may charge you publish rates).
Shortening your stay:
Quickbooker offers some flexibility with regard to this issue. However, as a facilitator Quickbooker has to abide by the individual hotel policies. Essentially, if the hotel charges you for the nights you cancelled, we will not be in a position to refund any amount pertaining to the hotel booking. However, if the hotel does not charge you for the truncated time period, and you give us a written proof from the hotel, we will undergo short-stay refund transaction with the hotel, subject to the hotel's terms and conditions. After clearance of refund formality with the hotel, we will refund the amount to you less 10% administration charges. You have to e-mail or fax, or directly provide the written proof from the hotel clearly specifying the dates of shortening your stay and the refund amount from the hotel.
No Show (Non-use of reservation):
In case you do not utilize your reservation and fail to contact us to cancel it in a stipulated time period as specified above, we would not be in a position to return you any amount pertaining to your booking. The reason for this is that the room in the hotel is booked in your name, and the hotel cannot let the room be occupied by anyone else. The room is held unoccupied, until they are notified otherwise. Thus, even if you do not show up the hotel will charge room reservation charges from us.
